The best of the best in organic products and information was featured at the 2008 All Things Organic Conference & Trade Show April 27-29 at McCormick Place in Chicago.  The April 2008 event marked the show’s eighth successful year with more than 12,000 attendees visiting over 600 exhibitor booths. 

The organic industry continues to prosper in the United States, with sales of organic products growing at rates that are three to eight times faster than sales of non-organic products. The overall organic food and beverage sales for 2008 are projected to grow by 18 percent from a $16.7 billion base in 2006, to an estimated $23.2 billion in 2008.
